Heidi comes to the J Michaels Salon team with a background in Aveda and is also dual-licensed in cosmetology and esthetics. While developing her passion for the beauty industry, she has thrived backstage doing hair, makeup, and costume design for theater productions.

With experience behind the scenes at Kansas City Fashion Week, she enjoys meeting new people, working with others, and learning new techniques and the latest trends. Heidi’s passion lies in lived-in color and balayage. Heidi always looks forward to expanding her knowledge and is also an Extension Stylist certified in our latest preferred method of hand tied extensions, Concealed by Covet and Mane!
